When will my products ship out?  

We do our best to ship products out within 1-3 business days, but orders may take longer in some cases especially during the Holiday Seasons.

 

My item is back ordered. When will I get my item?

If a product is back ordered or temporarily out of stock, we will ship the order as soon as we received the item. We will contact you if the item is back ordered.

If multiple items were ordered and one of the products is back ordered, then we will wait for the backordered item to arrive, then ship the entire order together, unless customer requests for separate shipments.

 

How soon can you answer my questions?

We strive to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours, but usually much sooner.

 

What are your rates for shipping?

We offer free shipping within the United States. We typically ship the products using USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Standard, so you can expect your items within 3 days of shipping.

International shipping is a flat $20.

 

Can I expedite the shipment?

Expedited or express shipping is available for $14.95 for 0 to 25 lbs.

 

How can I track my shipment?

We will send you an email with the tracking number once the shipment has been sent.

 

Do you guarantee your shipping?

There are many factors involved with shipping including holidays and weather. We use a third party shipping specialist to expedite the process, so we cannot guarantee shipping times. But we will do our best to make sure you get your products within the specified shipping time.

 

Can we find your products somewhere else?

Currently, we have some (but not all) of our products being sold through Amazon.

 

Can I return my product? 

Any defective product may be exchanged within 30 days.

Any unopened product may be returned within 30 days for a full refund (less shipping charges).
